Yeah it is supposed to be a real happy looking smiley boogieing down because he is happy. It is the 24th one down on the right.

There are some conflicting codes for some of the emoticons. The one in question gets parsed as a :D instead of the dancing guy. I've changed the little fella's code. Now you can use dancing enclosed within colons.

:dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

When I get free time, I'll wade through them all so there will be no conflicts and be more appropriately named.
