For a quick clean of the barrel after shooting I use the CleenBore SACS (small arms cleaning system) kit. It uses a CO2 cartridge to force a cleaning wad through the barrel. The cleaning wads have a scotchbrite tip on them. The manufacturer claims the system will remove much more gunk than conventional cleaning, but I find that I still need to use a bore brush from time to time.
After getting home from the range (most times) I break my pistols down for a complete cleaning using a KleenBore kit with brushes, patches and Q-tips (to reach all parts of the action). For all cleaning and lubricating I have finally settled on FP-10. I've tried a number of other lubes but some, like Tetragrease tended to gum up the slide on my 1911's in cold weather and caused a failure to eject properly.
What do you use?

I picked up an OTIS cleaning kit. Works for every firearm I own. Love it.

I use all my own stuff, but for cleaners and lube, you can't beat Militec-1 and BreakFree.
