This feature is only available with the BOTL - Executive style (Stocks - Executive; get it? :glassesgr). You can access your portfolio and buy/sell shares by clicking the "Stocks" link in the menu at the very top of the site.

Everybody starts off with $10,000
There is no buy/sell commission fees or capital gains tax (we can have these if you guys want it)

You can view the stock porfolio value in any member's profile page, along with their gain percentage. (This is only updated once a day so there will be a day delay in showing up).

You can view the members with the top portfolio's here: http://www.botl.org/community/forums/vbtrade.php?do=topportfolios

It's beta so expect some possibly weird things to happen

Have fun!

Very cool, Eric. Do you think you could add foreign mutual funds? I can look them up on the virtual trader, but it will not let me purchase them; example: FDIVX.

Not automatically, I'll refill it if you PM me.

Eric, the system will not let me purchase any mutual funds, including those based in the U.S. Is that by design?
