help posting pix

im having trouble being able to post pictures off of my digital camera. the file sizes are always way too big and i cant figure out how to resize them to the specs required in "Manage Attachments" any help???

and be sure to speak slowly and in small words. im not very computer literate.

Use imageshack.us to resize them and then use the insert image feature when posting
