Unfortunately, I'll be in Toronto that week. Shelly's is the only decent bar in town where you can enjoy a cigar.

There was a time when one could fire up a cigar there, I'm not so sure now.....

I know you can still buy them there. Dont know about lighting.

As far as I know Shelly's, W Curtis Draper, JRs, and certain private offices around the capitol are the only places to smoke due to the new ban.

Well I find myself asking if no one learned from the days of prohibition?!?!?! Take away the vices that people truely love and they may have to revolt!!!!
