that is a good ?, i know we are having Ham and a beef tenderloin, but I dont know what else my mom has on the menu for the afternoon

MIL and FIL are coming at 1:00 so I have been preparing the menu since my wife doesn't cook.

The only plus is I am on Corona #4 right now.

We have to go to my mother in laws at noon for ham and assorted side dishes (not exactly sure). We then go to my mom's at 6:30, and she has always served leg of lamb on easter with at least asparagus and hollandaise sauce and various other sides. Sometime it is rough having both sets of parents living so close.

thats just what i know.. all my family is having and cooking easter diner here, so there bound to be more to that list.. i dont like lamb, we have it every year and it stinks up the house.

and we will pretty much will do the same thing next sunday, we're greek orthodox

Going to my MIL in a couple of hours. Iowa girl. Ham and 20 other dishes.

I was thinking about having a Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich for lunch...

My plans all got changed. Rather than Easter dinner I ended up not eating anything until 3:00 in the afternoon and then it was a bowl of low carb cereal.:hanghead: It was a bad day for me.
