That's a pretty hefty money order.

HA! Anyone of you that bought that store would go broke smoking up your inventory, and die of mouth cancer in 5 years!

Me, on the other hand, would most likely go broke in STYLE! Likely die of mouth cancer in as little as a year, if I'm any judge.

That's gross sales...it'd probably take a few years to recoup the initial investment. But it's not bad. Sure would be nice to live down there!

Yep. Net available to serious buyers. I wonder if this would support a retirement. Hmmmmm.

Actually, that is true. Foreigners have their property held in a Mexican corporation. The name escapes me at the moment. We have friends that have property and a business just south of Ensenada. They have never had trouble with the Mexican authorities, but they do tell me that expropriation is always in the back of their minds. . .:-(

the rent cannot be that much you would think.. unless you wanted to have the apartment above to live in.. hell i would just pull a leather chair in the humidor and curl up in a ball there.. it would smell good enough that is for damn sure

Hell, you know there are some people in the Cigar BB community that have the cash to do this. Wouldn't surprise me to find out that the person who buys the place is someone we know, lol.
