What do you consider cheap?
Good question. I have been paying $7.50 and up for cigars (mostly CAOs and Macanudos, but I am trying to branch out).

Fuente Cuban Corona
Perdomo Lot 23 robusto
Padron Delicias
All about $3-$4 each
Padron Londres, hands down the tastiest $2.25 stick I've ever bought.

Agree with the Padron Londres and anything in the Montesino line. Olivas are also very good for the price.

I just found some A. Fuente Brevas Royale for $1.80 per ea. The advertising blurb sounds enticing indeed.
I found it by typing cigar and clippings into froogle.
La Pearla Habana Black Pearl Rojo
Gran Habanos Red
Both excellent cigars, well rated with great prices...other than in California.:angeryell

one cigar I enjoy a lot other than connies #9 maduro, is the Rocky Patel Edge counterfeit. so far I ordered the maduro only, but I just won an auction on the corojo. they are actually pretty good, I like them a lot and I won 20 of them on cbid for around $40. not bad at all

AF Chateaus, CI Legends Series Orange Labels (Patel), San Luis Reys (especially the belicosos) and Gisperts. And stalk cigarbid, if you want to keep the prices down, especially on the Legends.

I like SLR and Gispert (nat) coronas, Punch Royal Coronations (nat), HdM Sabrosas (mad), BF coronas, of course there's connies... I really enjoyed Placeres Inmensos for a good $0.50 cigar but FSS closed all of those out so I can't get any more. I've had a couple Holt's Big Leauge and Holt's #35 (Tabacalera Tropical, makes these I believe) -- I think they're tasty.
If you con't mind machine mades, Muniemaker Brevas (mad) are nice but sometimes a little difficult to burn. The 4 John Hay Diplomats I've had were all surprisingly good.

Perdomo Frescos are also worth checking out. Both maduro and natural.

If you're looking for super-cheap, I've been impressed with La Vieja Habana's quality vs. price ratio.

For me "cheap" has to fall under around $1.50 per cigar. I love RP Seconds, La Vieja Habana, and Quintero ISOMs. Those are my general cheap cigars.

I always keep a few Padron pantela maduros... about $3 apiece, but since I only have a very few total a week due to my pipe tendencies... these work out well.
However, going through this list, I am printing it off to take to my local cigar shop to see what I can find.
