New forum..."Hit List"

How about a forum where ppl can have thier contact information listed? The only ppl who could have access to said forum would have to be registered users...That way it might make it easier to bomb ppl...cuz how can you bomb or hit someone effectively if you have to ask the intended "mark" his addy?
