I'm grillin Chicken and Ribs for the crowd, I get a grilled Halibut steak. If I eat the fish the family won't say a thing when I morph into three-a-day today.

Going to go give the front bushes a haircut. Then it is off the take the boys shopping (funny how that would happen on Father's day). Tonight, I will bbq some thick ribeyes and enjoy a Padron 1926.

Cutting the grass and installing a new air conditioner in the nursery.
Even though the baby won't be born for 3 weeks, I got a Walmart gify card from my wife and a book from my Mother-in-law.
ETA: No special dinner/food planned.
I won't be spending it with my Dad, but I have some bonless pork ribs to go on the grill and the trimmings have yet to be decided.

My wife let me sleep in. Made sausage, bacon, gravy, biscuits, and fried apples.
I felt an artery close off a minute ago.

Finished helping a friend of my mom's today. New ceiling fan, replace broken hallway light, replace a broken outlet in the bedroom. Came home to find my wife had made one of my favorite Filipino dishes - chicken adobo.
Full now so time to head out for a smoke.

I grilled some ribs, for the first time ever.
They were enjoyable but I scorched some sauce on them so some parts were kinda crunchy. Next time, no sauce until I am pulling them off.

Yea I don't put sauce on them till about the last 15 min, and I keep stacking them on top of each other to keep the charing down.
Good idea there. I'll have to file that one in the brain.
