 ACH! Jesse and I just watched Alton Brown's 'Feasting on Asphalt' the other day and he was in Louisiana. They had something similar to that and next thing you know we were sitting in a puddle of drool.
Curse you. Curse you for making my stomach growl. All I have to eat here is cereal. :tongueout
J/K. That looks fantastic!

...ew. That's one thing I've never liked. The stuff inside, ok, but the cabbage I could never eat. I think we'll be having steak tomorrow. Sometimes it's nice to have in-laws who are cattle farmers. ;)

Ribeye and green beans. I'm not into much else w/ 1 1/2 lbs. of delicious red meat on the plate.
I had filet mignon and a potatoe. A real meal
Grilled snapper fish tacos with fresh pico de gallo.

This is our Club Championship weekend and they put on a great seafood buffet, King Crab, Maui Maui, Poached & smoked Salman, shrimp, oysters, a few Vodka tonics, two cigars and now I must go talk with my wife about dessert:inlove:
If all goes well I might shoot under par tomorrow cause I'll be fat, sassy and hopefully relaxed:hysterica

Just finished off some grilled chicken with fresh green beans and scalloped potatoes. Waiting for the peaches to finish on the grill. Will top them with brown sugar and whipped cream.

So it wasn't last night dinner, but saturday night my wife and I were camping in SanClemente. She made poached salmon and Pizza on an open campfire. The salmon was foil wrapped with a bunch of seasonings an goodies inside. I knew she could pull that off. I was sceptial about the pizza. However it turned out great.
It's my favorite cereal.

I guess if you are gonna overdose yourself with sugar it might as well have chocolate in it. I love chocolate. Mmmmm

Jesse grills them and tops them with marscarpone cheese, and honey. I think there might be something else on them too, but I can't remember. He's the cook on that one. Absolutely tasty though!
And I'm seeing alot of seafood dinners in this thread. :)
