Currently have a pot roast in the crockpot along with potatoes. Side of green beans from the garden also.

Blackened Salmon with mango salsa, wild rice & black beans and a salad. Tonight I think I will try an original release PS2 haven't had one for quite a while.

Making a tomato based sause with garlic, mushrooms and some spices for a pasta dish, merlot wine , bread, salad...............yummmmmm

Leftovers. Smoked beef brisket, potato salad, fruit salad, baked beans and fresh brownie sundaes. Its what we fed people at our smoker last night.
