Unfortunatley I think it is just a postponement. I think us, as cigar smokers are such a small part of the population, that we are not being listened to. I hate to say it, but if it does pass, I'll be mailordering mine from out of country.

If by some chance it does pass, it may just be tied up in the court system for awhile as this tax violates our current free-trade agreement with many Central American countries.
