I miss you guys

A mod should feel free put this wherever it belongs but I just wanted to say I miss all you guys, my brothers. I started college late August and classes started the following week in September. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my humi with me so I haven’t had a decent cigar since then. This morning, I bought a cup of coffee that was so good, and so full bodied, (java city is right on campus :D) I felt obligated to take time out of my schedule to just sit down in the middle of campus and enjoy it just as I would any great cigar. Unfortunately, I had no cigar to pair it with. This whole ordeal just reopened my eyes to how much I love all that comes with being a cigar smoker. During my coffee break, I simply sat and read about where my Sumatra Mandheling coffee was created and what gave it its great, spicy yet smooth attributes. To be part of this community makes it that much better. To really appreciate everything with a refined taste is simply bliss. In retrospect, this could all be coming from the caffeine but I mean it all. Thanks for listening and please, light up a nice one for me.

I know you've got a ton on you plate right now, but you may need to take an hour out to run off campus for a cigar. My guess is you would get some dirty looks if you lit up on campus. I like the review on the coffee though. There is nothing like a good coffee cigar pairing.

As a freshmen, I dont have a vehicle so I am stuck on campus. As for dirty looks, I know I could find at least somebody who could enjoy a fine cigar with me and I really wouldnt care what others though of it. Passing judgement doesn't sit well around this campus so I wouldnt be surprsied if people were curious rather than disgusted. Although this is a very health oriented college.

If you dont' want to take your whole humidor up to college, get one of the bigger travel caddies. When I went to college my first semester I just packed it with 40 or so sticks and I was set. And I'm sure you can find somebody to smoke with up there. Maybe just chill at the local cigar shop for a while. I really like going there to get away from the school atmosphere.
