When you go to the linked site, click on any of the three smaller boxes. One is a survey, the other is a simple register and enter all with no spam.

the middle bottom box says something about taking a survey for a chance to win, but when I click on it, it says someone has already won

Well, I don't know what the deal is because I can't see the link. I also can't vote in some of the polls, so it might just be me.
