Sorry for the short notice but the local shop here in Martinsburg is having another cigar dinner. Here are the details if you missed it over at CW.

Tonight should be cool. They want to get a rough head count for the dinner. It turns out that they are opining up the place just for the herf. It was going to be for the opining of the Capri Restaurant in Winchester but the owner (of both restaurant) is still fighting the paper work so instead of canceling it he is holding it at Candelora's.
