Well I went to my local today on the way back from running a few errands. Not much of a selection was really looking for well I don't even know since I've got a flippin cooler and 2 humis full. But I thought what the hell I'll get something different to try. I picked up 3 different sizes of that new Tradicion by HDM.

Here Ya Go:

Very nice construction and I mean spot on with a slight box roll kinda like the VSG. Clipped it perfectly with the xikar and toasted her right up. Some eh kinda sweet tobacco flavors but mainly just a gut wrenching strength but not enough flavor to back up the body. I pitched her after about 1 1/2" That cigar sucked no wonder it's so cheap.

Sorry to hear that. I actually like the 1 I tried. I guess I'll try the another 1 I got and compare.

I've never much cared for anything the domestic HdM made, or much anything else that comes from Honduras.

Thanks for the heads up!

Not even the original release of the Edge??? I'm not a Honduran fan, but that was one fine cigar. The current versions don't hold a candle to it.

I smoked mine at the Big Smoke and really enjoyed it. I have been loooking for more as my taste buds were so burned I really can't tell if it was great or just busted through the haze.

the one i've had so far was a freebie at a local event at the B&M, mine was plugged horribly, but the construction and burn were perfect, and i actually thought it was pretty good flavor-wise, i atually picked up another but ended up giving it to my friend at a poker night so i'll have to grab one more and see about a second round for comparison
