Brothers, I am looking to start replenishing my cigar collection. I think I am going to work on more cigars that I enjoy, and can fit into my drive time to and from work. Problem is I can't find anyone who carries a box of King B's.
Could any of you brothers help me out on a good source of where I could find a box for a descent price. Please PM me. Thank you

why are there only 18 in a box? that is a rip off.

Have you seen how big they are? That's my only guess. I have a feeling it's more because of something that was done once in Cuba, or something like that.

LOL, only 18 because that's how Fuente wants to sell them! I got a full box Kelly that I may be willing to part with.

Also, I need some suggestions in good cheap daily driver sticks too.
I was thinking like a box of 858 naturals, or Maddies or a bundle of Perdomo slow-age
If you have any ideas, let me know. I have an hour drive to and from work now. I don't want to continue to burn really good sticks while driving. Cause you never really get to enjoy them as much.

Dude, go to Holts and pick up a box of Vegas Cubanas, made by Pepin, they're the freakin bomb!

I have had a couple cigar last week on the way to work. I can only manage to smoke a PC size, without having to throw it out.

If you want a REALLY CHEAP cigar, try the Pepin Fumadores from Holts. A box of 20 is only about 45 bucks. They're "Cuban Sandwich" style mixed filler cigars, but they actually burn and draw really well. As long as you're not a "chewer" you'll be fine with them.

Tastes like a Pepin, of course, and priced at a little over $2 bucks a stick. It's a good deal!

Just remember that King B's need at least one year, and preferably two, in the humidor before they are really ready to smoke.

AF Cuban Belis which you can find for like $4.50 great smoke for the money IMHO!

I gotta question that a bit. For the most part, those who've really smoked a few of them will say that even the OR are not ready to smoke and may never be. The cigar just has issues, wrapper, draw, flavor all the way around. Consensus is that we all hope they come around, but the jury is still out.

I smoked one of the OR's the other day and am still not impressed. I'm glad that I really did not buy into the cigar that much and only got a couple.

I'm with you on this one Rob. I've smoked a couple of these and i'm not impressed at all. I was gifted a box of these last year by my bro that owns a shop here locally and I've smoked 2 and gifted 6 or 7. The rest will remain my cab until who knows when.

Meanwhile, my bro UTJason77 LOVES THESE CIGARS!

Yeah Greg...I think this is one cigar either you love or you don't. There isn't that much of a middle ground with this cigar from what I've read online on the 2-3 boards I go to.

Kelly, try and smoke a few before you dedicate yourself to a full box.

I bought a bunch of the OR's. Tried one and was somewhere between really disappointed and really hating it. Tossed the others into the box. A year later, I gave one a try. It was an entirely different cigar, and I mean that in a good way. They have continued to improve with age. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

I Like these sticks, I've smoked a fist full of them over the past two years. They aren't the best cigar in the world, but a pretty tasty cigar. It's the poor mans Opus, for us guys who can't afford the real deal. HEHEHEHE
