I love to joke around, share the share and learn about one of my favorite things in life. But, this board is the best. Altercall said it a while back and I have to agree with it. You guys are the bomb! You share your knowledge, your cigars and have become an online family to many people, both near and far! I look at other boards, and no offense, none of them come close to the true "brotherhood" this board has for its members.

When it's all said and done, in life, a person is judged by the friends he has and the lives that he has touched. I am proud to say thanks my friends!! Each of you has touched my life. Just remember, share the share! Also, always remember to smile. You cannot take life too serious, since we have little control over it. Take the bad with the good, but smile when doing it!

I whole heartedly agree with bill. When I first started buying cigars at 18 I cruised the Cbid forum. Maybe I didn't know any better then but I ran into this site and I love this place. It gives me contact to the outside world other than this 5 square mile base I'm stuck on till November. With my only transportation here being a bicycle I don't have a whole lot to do. I spend a bunch of time in here reading posts and posting up. I've met some really nice guys doing the trade thing and I'm hooked.

She is very jelous of the time I have been spending with all of you. I told her I would need to get her herfin so that she was more confortable with me hangin on the leaf.

Bill, can't say enough how much of a pleasure it's been talking with all of the brothers. Everyone around the office is getting sick of hearing me talk about you all. But that's tough, they have to listen. Hehehe

Well said Bill. In the short time I’ve been here, I’ve come to realize what a great band of brothers we have here. I’m just grateful that I found such a wonderful place to share common interests and make new friends. I just wish time would allow me post more often (they actually want me to work here, can you imagine that!). I’m here for the long haul, will be getting more and more involved and hope to meet many BOTL’s and SOTL’s face to face to share some good times and good cigars.

Seems like a good time to remind folks why I love this place.

It's not always about agreeing with other peoples views or opinions. It's about the love of our passion: Cigars. We all share this brother/sisterhood in this love for cigars and quest for knowledge.

This year brings forth the 5th anniversay of BOTL. Remember, this board was started by Eric and David, who created an avenue for others to share in this passion. A forum to learn more, trade some, bomb some and yes even to agree/disagree with others. The only caveat was no drama. We take our problems to PM's and handle it in that manner.

I love this place! This brotherhood!

I love this place and the folks I have met here...that being said it is not required (nor suggested I would imagine) to post follow-ups (or pm)to things you don't necessarily agree with (except cigars), personal jabs, nor air your (or someone elses) dirty laundry...if you don't have anything nice to say and aren't just speaking in jest (which I love doing) then probably best to shut the hell up about it. Let's do what we all came here to do...talk cigars, make a few friends, have a few laughs, and be civil doing it. We are not all going to always get along (b/c most of you people are really jerks...kidding) but let's be cool. :innocent:

Would also like to add (not directed to anyone in particular), if you take things too seriously it will kill you, early. Stressing yourself over little unimportant things is bad for your health. Sit back relax, smoke your cheap, or expensive cigar, and drink your cheap/expensive beer/wine/liquor.

I think I'm going to start selling chill pills. It was a concept I came up with when I was still in the USAF and my bosses veins would pop out of their foreheads. If only they took chill pills they wouldn't have had unsightly bulging veins.
