Ok here is the situation. My Girlfriend is going to India and she is leaving on friday. She will be there for ten days and has asked what i want. And she is willing to feed the addiction and get me cigars/scotch. I was wondering if any of you fine BOTL have been to india and know of any local cigars or of any local scotch or liquor. Or have any other suggestions. Im open to anything. TIA

No help here. Tell her to get you local stuff to try as far as liquor. Not dure if India is a big cigar country.

It depends upon where you go in India. Bombay or Mumbai as its called now, its becoming a big cigar area. Dehli is big in the cigar area already. I believe there is a LCDH franchise there and CC's are easily obtainable. Colin Ganley is there now doing research on ecomonics and might have a little info on this from a few DogWatch podcasts ago, #148 and 149. Another good reason to listen to Dog Watch Social.

i heard what he said on dogwatch but cant remember a whole lot i may have to go back and listen. they will be in Agra area. im not sure of the entire itinerary of the trip. ill find out and then let you all know. thanks bill

Well if you want to buy cigars you'd be better off if your girl picked some up from the duty free at the Dubai airport than any crap made there the only indian whisky I know off is called Black Dog and its decent.
