Good news, now that you a license to smoke, you are no longer able to get health insurance that covers anything or is anywhere near affordable.

What then? To get it you'll need a background check, references, proof of citizenship, humidors will have to be lock boxes, etc. and of course health insurance and life insurance companies will kick up the premiums for anyone that has one. Maybe they should just implant chips in our heads!
