I bet it is Cigar Mag. They review their sticks using their subscribers. I love the concept and it's a great mag. I hope one day they will send me some sticks to review....:halfgrinw

From the FAQ section of their website:

Q. I am interested in becoming a rater for your magazine. How can I get on the list?

A. Cigar Ratings reviewers are randomly selected from our subscriber database, but you may send an e-mail to letters@cigar-magazine.com with your request to be included in an upcoming ratings selection.
