Alright guys its that time again where I see who is interested in review contest 3. Let me know if you want in. Maximum of 23 guys or gals. I have some really classic cigars picked out for this one, but want to see if there is enough interest first. Right now I have the Total cost including shipping to you at around 107.00 but if this is too much concensus wise I can always change the cigars, but like I said, these are gonna be some fantastic cigars. Anyway, give me your thoughts and let me know whose interested over the next 2 weeks, and then Ill start collecting money and what not so we can get this bad boy going as soon as deux is over. Cheers fellas!:smokingme

I'd be up for this. How many cigars total would it be?

I'd be interested but I don't know how practical sending cigars to this part of the world is..

What about a blind review contest for inexpensive smokes? Would anyone be interested? I think it would be fun to review various popular house brands and other cheaper (say $5 or less a stick) cigars, like 5 Vegas, Famous Nicaraguan 3000, Old Henry, Taboo, etc.

I'd be up for that too. It would be interesting to see what the difference in ratings would be. Maybe sneak one premium in there and see if we can pick it out?

In reference to the original post:

I'm kinda-sorta interested because I'm having a lot of fun with the current review contest...but to be honest, $107 for six sticks seems a bit steep. I mean that's nearly $18 per stick, which is WAY more than I typically spend per cigar. At that price point, I'd expect that ALL of the sticks are gonna get highly rated by me because, well, they're all likely to be of substantially higher quality than what I normally smoke! LOL

The current contest cost $88, which feels much more comfortable for me.

But hell, whatever you do, I guess I'm in. It is a lot of fun.

I can reduce the amount, its not a problem at all. If we reduced it to about 80 dollars including shipping would that spark more interest????? just lmk, and Ill make it happen! Cheers!

Fist i want to apologize for the second contest. This summer has been very busy i have only smoked a handful of cigars. kind of depressing. But With this next contest i will have internet all the time and actually have free time. So if allowed im IN.
