Been smoking a pipe for about a month now, and am completely hooked. Started with a few cobs and a couple local B&M bulk blends. Bought my first real pipe about a week ago (see below). Also pictured below are my Dad's old pipes. Not sure how old they are but I do know he had them in Korea and Vietnam. He stopped smoking in 1971 but held on to the set for some reason. I'm glad he did. Not sure if I'll ever smoke them or not or just hold on to them for a keepsake.

You've got a nice collection started. But beware collecting pipes is like eating potato chips you can't stop at just one!

Man I say use your dad's old pipes. That is way cool you have them. They were meant to be smoked from, they have been smoked from, and you get be a little closer to you dad for a while each night. my .02

Dale, So it starts with PIPES!!!
Please let us know how your Dad's pipe smoke.
And if it took you to a fine place as you smoked them.
