From Vipe...

Due to an error with our domain registrar, there will be possible downtime occurring soon of up to 48 hours. Unfortunately, the registrar removed all the DNS information and isn't pointing to the BOTL.org domain as it should. I have fixed it but some ISP's have caught the erroneous DNS setting and as a result, the site is down -- even for myself.

Some brothers might already be experiencing the downtime and if you could forward this message to them it would be appreciated. For those who are still able to access and read this message, possible downtime is likely to occur. Each ISP updates a list of the DNS (IP->Domain) at intervals, differently. Some take longer than others to update.

Although this issue is completely out of my control I still offer my apologies for the downtime. We will be taking steps to ensure this same issue won't happen again (i.e. moving registrars when the domain is up for renewal in July). Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Regards,
Eric

Woohoo! My ISP finally refreshed the new (old) DNS just a minute ago. Hopefully those with ISP's that take a bit longer didn't catch the DNS addresses that were changed by the registrar. I'm a bit peeved about them "accidently doing a bulk transfer" and loosing the DNS settings for the domain that serves this site, vserved.com
