I am writing to ask, why we cannot post IMG code in our signatures. It is allowed on regular threads. I would appreciate it, if I were allowed to use a small IMG code in my signature. Thanks.
IMG tag is turned off for signatures. There is currently no way to limit the size of a signature img with the default vBulletin software.
We'll keep the request in consideration. Anyone else favor seeing this turned on?

Yes, I agree they need to be kept small. I do not like the huge ones. They are somewhat of a nuisance.

It can be moving. However, It can be in still form as well. Think of it as an enhanced picture.

If you allow pictures in sigs, I think it would be nice to have the option of turing off the display of those images (like you can do with avatars). It keeps the forum a bit neater, and makes it less obvious to my co-workers that I'm not working.

I'm gonna go against the grain on this one for the sole reason that us low lifes that only have dial up available would be bitchin'.
Or, as Kingston said, an option to turn it off would be suffice I guess.

the forums that i have seen them on just look junky and dirty... not the pictures themselves always but the overwhelming amount of them....

but hey if it a decision that is made then we can all live with it... i just hope that there is an option to turn them off

Vipe, what options concerning the IMG code does the forum software give you? Ignoring the obvious, which is either turning it off or on. Can individual users decide to either view the IMG code or not?
Not with the default vBulletin installation. I'm looking into the various mods available...

If it's a huge problem, I would just use the existing option to turn off showing sigs if you don't wanna see the images.
