I started this simple design & color scheme for another cigar-related project but I'm thinking of using it and implementing it for BOTL.org

Note that it's missing alot of the design elements and looks simplistic as is.

I kind of like it the way it is. The brown/tan color scheme is in use by some of the other boards.

There's no black in it, other than the drop shadow. Maybe you have your display set to thousands of colors?

Too dark, if I was gonna change it (which I would not) I would lighten the colors up.

Regardless, I voted no change.

I think the current format is very pleasent. The one you've shown seems a bit washed out and bland.

i like the way it is, but some of these bulletin boards allow you to upload different versions and let the user decide.

i also like the new look, but someone is correct, the other 3 forums i post on (make that 4), all have brown in their color scheme.
