i smoked the don carlos lancero i took from the pass last night. WOW.
first and only one of these i've had. a little unassuming at first. just a skinny little pigtail with a black foot ribbon. but what a nice, nice smoke.
perfect construction, burn and thick smoke. easy draw. had what i refer to as an opus twang, but the wrapper kept it a lot more mellow. still nice and spicy til it mellowed out in the last third.
this is the kind of think i hoped to be able to experience by being in the sp/htf pass. thanks hendy and thanks wade!
