It's semi held in with crappy glue...figured there might be better foam

The inside of the box is 4" wide by just under 8" long. Do you think they would cut correctly and not leave half a cigar??

So I have a 3400 (5 cigar) Otterbox arriving today... Are you gents saying that the foam that the supposedly esteemed OtterBox comes with is no good???

Please tell me the problem(s) that you've found with the OtterBox, uh, box & foam...

The foam in the otterboxes isn't bad....it's just ath Rons is ten times better & different configuration.

I have never had a problem with my 3400. The 15 cigar box foam is pretty weak but allows more cigars due to flexibility. I thinks it comes down to taste.

while we are talking about boxes, heres what is new. same box as my 15 cigar travel humi, just set up different. 3 heavy foam trays, each hold 4 - 6.5 inch cigars. also comes with a sheet of pluck and pull foam that allows you to store a lighter and cutter in bottom of travel humi. with the lighter and cutter, case will hold 2 trays. this package will come with 3 trays, the case, the Humidity Sheet, and the pluck and pull foam for $25. another awesome travel humi from yours truly...hehehe. some pics.

you can also use my thin trays. the nice thing about these better trays is you can pull the trays out easily without having the cigars fall out. This is a really nice case for $25.

Yep, I have your replacement trays and they work great. I love how they are not as flimsy as the originals.
