I spoke with my B&M owner ( A very CLOSE friend) and he and his rep said Tat's are gone. It seems like the big boys are killing the little man. Please confirm this. If I am wrong, I will help my FRIEND order some more Tat's.

There are about 20 places I can think of off the top of my head to buy tats....

Do you mean that your friend is saying that there are no more Tats on the market? Or soon will be no more?

He is saying that the big boys are getting everything. CI...etc. The Tat rep said he was not able to sell anything right now. That pisses off the regular Tat freaks...me and Kumar.

That does not make any sense. Specially after Tatuaje piping Padron 1926 and OpusX to the number 1 spot in the US market "Latest issue of cigar insider" :wifey:

I seriously doubt that is the case I don't think Pete does business that way I'm sure he'll be over sooner or later to clear up any confusion. In the mean time there's always NHC don't think they're out of them.

Due to the demand of the product we have a shortage. The big retailers are not buying all the inventory. Everyone is getting a fair shot at the product. With the demand we decided to hold off on opening new accounts.

Just don't start screwing up the Quality to try to keep up with the quanity. Too many cigars have went this way in the past.

I did hear shipping info from the show. The tubos are coming in Oct./Nov. and La Verite won't be released until March 2010. Did anybody hear different? Also, didn't hear a release on El Trinunfador at all....

100% True. Pete told me at an event, but he said it was private. DO NOT tell anyone outside of the internet.

p.s. Pete's teeth are made of a metal that is not known to man or on the periodic table.

Can't imagine it's CI that is stealing them all. They had nothing in stock on their website. Maybe Famous and NHC?

I'll vouch for that.. I've called Pete several timed trying to get more inventory. Only to be told he doesn't have enough. That doesn't mean I won't stop calling, though. :tongueout
