Funny you should mention it. I roasted 1/2lb of Tanz. Peaberry yesterday and also 1/2lb of Guatamalan Royal Select Decaf. Today I roasted Rwanda Masaka.

Damn, that's pretty dark and oily. Full city ++?

Brazil Beja Flor this morning, about halfway thru the first cup. This obsession is getting almost as bad as the cigar one. Rented the movie coffee and cigarettes, but around here its coffee and cigars all the time.

You will very soon! I'm just ironing out the some wrinkles with my new roaster. I was having some problems with it when I first got it but I think we have them all worked out now.
