When you have a cigar that is too moist, how to do you correct that problem? my humi is around 72% and around 70-75 degrees. It seems like all of the sudden they have gotten too moist. I currently have damprid in there trying to lower the humidity, but how do i fix the cigars?

Are you using beads? If so take them out until the humidity lowers. I added a few boxes and my humidity spiked bigtime...removed the beads and let it go and within a week the RH went down to 68.

if it is to moist and you want to smoke it I dry box mine over night.

yeah it seemed like it happened after I added a bunch of cigars to my humi. I haven't had a humidifying device in there for weeks and i have left the lid open for days and seems like it didn't help. I have a thing of damprid in there now.
when you say dry box, I would assume you mean put them in a dry cigar box until the moisture leaves?

yep if I have a moist cigar or hard draw I put it is a spare cigar box and let it sit over night and it seems to be fine the next day

do you close the lid?
and if that doesn't work? any other suggestions?

I close the lid, so it doesn't dry out too fast. However, The humidity in FL is ussually higher than is ideal for your smokes. I would PM Mitch as he deals with this same issue.
