I've been looking for a nice standing ash tray You know like the ones our grandfathers and dads had. Chrome stand,amber glass ash tray and a handle usually a 2 grayhound dogs or something like that. Anyone remember these or have seen one lately?

check ebay, i found a great fix er uper there for a great price or you can get some nicer ones at a reasonable one too. xrundog is great at refurbishing these guys and you should deffinately hit him up if you are looking for a nice piece.

Awesome ashtrays Todd. I used to have a stand-up ashtray when I smoked cigarettes back in the 80's. It had a clear or transparent blue glass tray, about 6-7" in diameter if I recall. Boy I wish I hadn't thrown it out.

Has anybody ordered or bought a Stinky ash tray? How about with that stand?

A store nearby sells both together for about $100, and I found the tray online alone for about $24...

Just curious to hear what people who've used it say, both the tray alone, and with the stand.

I have the Stinky ash tray and stand! I love it!! :1st: It's setting by my chair at the local shop (smoke there more than I do inside at home).
