my box at work is acting up today. after about 10 minutes my keyboard stops working. cursor and rest of the computer (internet, different browswer tabs, audio streams, etc.) work fine.
only way to restore the keyboard is to restart. but doing this every 10 minutes is a pain in the ass.

no. wired. btw, my computer is a less than a year old dell.

Have you tried swapping the keyboard out with another one?
Spray some anti-static spray around your office. This time of year weird things happen to keyboards because of static.

Any news? This is a work computer right? I doubt you'll be able to access the BIOS then. Is this keyboard PS/2 or USB?
