I have single sticks, different brands, some are in the plastic wrapper, I also have a 3 cigar sampler in a wooden box wrapped in plastic. My question is, Do you unwrap the singles? What about the sampler in the wooden box? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks guys.

Leave it on the singles, it'll help protect them from when you rummage around in the humi or ship them to friends! It doesn't hurt a thing. Take the plastic off the box, but leave the singles in the cello...

I prefer to take the cello off. I like to see the wrapper. I feel they age better out of cello.
I leave mine in the cello for the reasons stated above but everybody has their preference. Any container other that cello I like to take them out except for large boxes. Keep your small boxes and tubes because they're handy for transporting cigars.
