Move Sponsors Section

I think it would be nice to see the "Sponsors" section moved below the "Other than cigars" section. This would put all the message forums together. Good idea? Bad Idea? Just a thought... always throws me off seeing the split. :skew:

I am guessing, since they support the site, they are trustworthy, I may have to use them one of these days.:skew:
