Anyone listen to this show? I see it's fairly new.

And by the looks of the pictures on their Facebook page, they don't smoke cigars during the show....kind of dumb. I can understand why, but still.

Is it worth a listen and checking out?

I listen to the show when I can. They do smoke and will tell at the beginging what they are having. And always have a guest on who is involved in the cigar industry. I find it worth listening to. They have all the shows on podcast, Also I know they annouced couple weeks ago they were going off the air for a couple weeks and coming back on a differant station and the show was going to be 2 hours.

I listened to an episode this morning finally on podcast. It was alright. I think the 2 hours will make it a better show so they can have more content. An hour isn't long enough.

I listen to it in between Dogwatch episodes. I enjoy it for the most part, but I will second what jmvcp said and agree that an hour isn't long enough.

One thing I don't like with the new format, is the political commentary guy. No offense... I realize some politics are hugely important to cigar smokers, when it comes to legislation. But for a cigar show that I was excited about how on track it stayed with the "Meet your maker" segment, and really cigar driven programming. I don't enjoy his segment about politics. Also, that Dummy Caller or whatever is kinda lame. It seems they filled the 2nd hour with more non-cigar related stuff. Otherwise, I loved the show before. I'm still listening, for now, because I don't like some of the others offered. I really enjoy Dogwatch, but there are a couple others with self-inflated hosts that get a bit grinding on the nerves.

Agree with TreeFrog Frank about some of the aspects of the new show. I just podcast the show and skip the parts I don't care for.

Yea...I was stoked! Anyways I sorta agree with the political talk but I don't mind. Have to keep in mind it's just a show about cigars which even I would find hard pressed to talk about for two hours straight.

I finally listened to the new format and I found the commercials longer than the political segment. Good to have a backup I guess. I do like the “meet your maker” part of the show.
