P3 (I think) 1.8 GHz, Windows XP. Nothing fancy here. I used to build my own, trying to stay up with the latest tech, but that got tiring and expensive, so I quit.

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton running Windows 2000 Pro. I upgrade every other year (build my own, but stay away from bleeding edge).
I also have a P4 1.7 GH laptop also running Windows 2000 that I use for work / telecommute. I plan on upgrading my home (wired) network to wireless in the next few months (802.11g).

Oh yeah, I'm on a 19" flat panel, too, with an extra 17" flat panel in the closet. I don't know why that's there, but I can't sell it because they are so cheap now.

I might be interested in it, Apache. I've got one 17" LCD and I'd love to have another one. I used to have 2 14" LCDs but they just didn't cut it.
Also, is that person in your avatar the guy from Turbonegro?
That really funny-looking scandinavian (I think) rock group.

My iMac is great, it will be 4 years old this month. I will be buying the newer iMac after the next revision and/or pending what's offered at MacWorld tomorrow. I use it as my home and business machine, mainly for graphics design and development. The iBook is for leisure, patio or travel and the XP machine is for developmental testing.

I have a first generation G4 tower that I use for graphic design. I've been thinking about one of the new G5 iMacs so I can keep the G4 running while I get the iMac ready for business. Have you been happy with speed, storage, anything you don't like?
