FNG forum

How about a forum where folks new to the board, and maybe new to cigars, can ask questions they might be reluctant to ask on a regular board. Things that they feel are probably pretty silly questions to the FOG's, but they are still things they would like an answer to.

This board is VERY accepting of the neophite cigar smoker. There is a general laid back attitude here you will not find else where. People have come in and tried walking around w/pissy attitudes, bash other boards, start flame wars, etc. They QUICKLY find that type of behavior is not tolerated here.

You should feel comfortable in asking ANY cigar related question here. You won't get mocked or hazed. They really do welcome the "new guy" here. Every once and a while they make poke just a little fun at ya, but all is meant in jest with no malice.

yea, what prometheus said. very friendly board. i didnt know a damn thing about cigars when i first came here. (actually i still dont. guess that kinda tells you about the FOG's) just kidding of course. these guys have pointed me in the right direction more times than i can count.:applause:

I can appreciate the idea but as has been said, no need to worry about asking any questions here. They're probably the same questions we all had when we were starting. The only dumb question is the one that doesn't get asked.
