1.) Indyrob - your receipt may look a little funny. That's because your total in the first post was incorrect. The case was supposed to be $35 instead of $19 - my mistake bro (NO, don't worry about it, just wanted to explain the receipt)

2.) The "Shipping & Handling" on the receipts is inclusive of my shipping FROM Xikar (there are "hazmat" fees associated with lighter shipments) and the shipping out as well.
