They just installed a new water machine at work with a digital temp read out. Hot water is at 195, so I'll be getting a nice travel french press to make coffee at work!:blob:

Great news! I can't even get them to put spring water in at work. Have to bring my own.
For one cup brewing you may want to consider this (http://www.blackdogcoffee.net/index.php?crn=206&rn=387&action=show_detail) as well. I've been using a SwissGold one-cup for years. I use it often now, not for cupping but for informal sampling of roast levels, rest times, etc. They brew a great cup, are easy to clean and are unbreakable. I also use it for traveling.

It's actually not that big....maybe 3inches by 4 inches. Most water coolers with the hot water feature put out hot water around 180 usually.

This is a direct filter from the tap line which eliminates the need to have someone deliver bottles all the time.
