For those of you who dont already know me, I am Ron from Cigar Solutions. This room is here for me to answer questions, and help solve problems with cigar storage and humidification. While most questions can usually be answered in other rooms, I think that I can add some beneficial advice and help to the BOTL community.
Obviously, being an Avallo dealer, I have great knowledge of electronic humidification. Unlike other retailers, I have hands on experience in actually building the Accumonitor. I also work very close with Matt from Avallo Humidors in improving the Accumonitor and developing new electronic products for cigar storage. Ask me a question about ANY type or brand of electronic humidification, and I am sure that I can help.
For desktop owners, I have built close working relationships with the Humidipak Company, and Cigar Classics. Need some help with a desktop? I am sure that I can help, or find somebody who has the right answer.
I also work very closely with our fellow BOTL, Dave from Heartfelt Industries. Dave and I have a couple of new products in the works.
Now, this introduction and this room is not meant to be a sales tool. Too often I see a question being asked. Right away, a retailer, or a loyal customer of a retailer, will jump on and recommend that retailers product. In some cases, that product is just the wrong answer to the problem. I want this room to be about giving BOTL members the right answers. Whether its a product that I sell, or not, fire away. Hope you guys find it worthwhile.
