MIL and FIL are coming at 1:00 so I have been preparing the menu since my wife doesn't cook.

The only plus is I am on Corona #4 right now.

We have to go to my mother in laws at noon for ham and assorted side dishes (not exactly sure). We then go to my mom's at 6:30, and she has always served leg of lamb on easter with at least asparagus and hollandaise sauce and various other sides. Sometime it is rough having both sets of parents living so close.

dont know what we're having today, but yesterday we had a pre-easter dinner at my aunts house.

    spiral cut ham
    "cheesy" hashbrown potatoes
    corn
    green bean caserole
    dinner rolls
and too many cakes and deserts to mention.
I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

What's up with all the ham?

Roast, potatoes, carrots (all cooked in a bag) and some turnips.

So far, I've had some low-fat Cinnamon PopTarts.

I was thinking about having a Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich for lunch...
