This box still under warranty???? The fourth pic shows where the four wheeler ended up. Flipped it head over heels.....it ended up up on the tire's and still running. I ended up on the ground in a LOT of pain. Folded me in half, the Box(s) kept the thing off my head. But I think I hyper extended every muscle in my lower back, have a very sore left shoulder and left knee. Minor damage on one of the four cigars in the Otter Box. Where do I send it for the Warranty???????

Otterbox will DEFINETELY replace the Cigar Caddy. This came right from the horses mouth. I wanted to check for myself. I have been selling a lot of them, and I wanted to be sure how unconditional the guarantee was.
