Default Virginia Beach Stogie shop sugestions?

hey all! I'm here in Virginia beach on vacation for a week and need sugestions on where to go to get some smokes! Also what is the law regarding smoking are there any bans? Ok on the beach? Are there any nice cigar bars to hang out at and smoke-n-drink? Thank you ahead of time for the info and sugestions!

I like Emersons well enough. But, I really have to recommend http://www.bondscigarshoppe.com/. Shore Drive just across VA Bch city line in Norfolk.
Good selection, friendly staff, nice lounge and, maybe most important to me, they cater to military. May look expensive at first glance, but their sticker prices include VA tobacco tax and most stores don't.

Not far from there, west on Little Creek, perhaps about a mile is the Smoke Shack which at first appears to be little more than a head shop/cig store. But in the back is a walk-in humi which is always very well stocked and has probably the best prices in Norfolk/VA Bch. No lounge and the staff out front isn't going to be much help selecting fine cigars, but the owner, or whoever buys the cigars does a great job considering the nature of the shop and what we usually see in these.

Haven't been to area in about six months, but I'll head to both next time I'm in town.
Also, I've found the area to be one of the most cigar-friendly places I've been to. Never had a problem in any bar, especially sports bars. Never had a problem on the beaches either, but haven't spent much time down at the main beach strip in VB.

Most of the restaurants will only allow you to smoke in the bar area, some may have smoking sections in the eating areas but probably not very many. The VB city council has been trying to ban smoking just about everywhere the last few years, thankfully their efforts for the most part have been unsucessful.
Drinking doesn't keep me from working, just being productive.
