The end of a good smoke is a little saddening. In some regard, it's a bit like losing a best friend who had time to sit and listen.
Same boat here....made a 10 pound spiral ham on the 26th and have a bunch left. I think I might make some ham and bean soup tomorrow.

Man, I have pounds of leftover prime rib.....had some prime rib hash this morning. However, ham hash doesn't sound so great. How 'bout ham salad? Ham gravy and biscuits, jambalaya and gumbo are alternatives.
I dont have alot of left overs cause my moms family eats everything. But ive got some venison and some mac and cheese. If your lookin for stuff to do with ham i would recommend shrimp n grits with taso gravy
