    Cool Fitness protocols

    Hi everyone. I just wanted to thank everyone for all they have done for me. I already donated to the site but I want to give back to the individual members. Right now my cigar collection isn't huge but once it is watch out guys.

    But I did figure I have a great knowledge about exercise physiology and thought maybe I could help create a basic protocol and nutritional program for those who would want it. I'm thinking I could put together a pretty decent program approx 40 or so pages of an individualized program. This will be a nice break from my research instead of spending countless hours browsing forums.

    I'll help as many people as I can but I am on a time crunch I'm thinking I could do 5 a month of so, but we'll play it by ear. Let me know if anyone is interested. I don't want anything in exchange but the chance to put my knowledge to use, just like you guys took the time to educate me.

    Fitness protocol??? Does that mean exercise and shit like that?

    Great offer but unless somebody is chasing me or I'm looking for a golf ball, exercise is like doing curls of pints!

    I love working out. I'm at the gym about 5-6 days a week.

    I was on the fence about asking...

    I just got signed up at a gym. My orientation appointment is on Monday.

    Hey A.J. I don't have a degree in fitness, but I have been very involved in my gym for over five years. I've taken alot of classes & seminars they offer on nutrition & fitness. I've helped quite a few people with work out plans based on their goals. I've got a good deal of knowledge in the gym & some books on nutrition & your body. So if I can be of any help at any time I'd only be too happy to help you out. I'm always happy when someone gets into working out. It's so good for you. Not just you body, but your mind as well!

    I get set all of those interest so far up. Hardcore, we'll I'll get you after all the other people because I think I'm going to need to spend more into on your program since you seem to be an avid exerciser.
