I stopped by my local KFC the other day and decided to try one of the new "Double Down" sandwiches....damn was it gooooood!

It's offered in original recipe or grilled chicken, I just love the original recipe!

....and I don't miss the bread/bun either!

I love how all the jackasses (ie media) have targeted THIS particular sandwich for it's high sodium/calories/fat whatever content...Like come on...what's the difference if someone eats this or a bucket of the exact same chicken? or a big mac,or, or, or?

Unfortunately, I'll have to do without, as KFC canada decided not to sell it here. and please, do NOT bomb me with one of these...lol

I had one last week for a quick lunch while working. I'm not a big eater, so I didn't finish it and the wedges that I ordered with it. It was quite tasty though.
