Im the same way.
I like the idea of the K-cup, but can't see paying $100 for a coffee maker. I know they are great time savers, but I am not in that much of a hurry for a cup of coffee.

But back to topic, great looking machine!
What "cups" did you get to go with it??

I first got this machine in college. Perfect for busy on the go, with minimal fuss.

It came with a sampler pack of 12 then 12 Timothys house, 12 breakfast blend as well as 12 Van Houtte bold and 12 house blend. I have to check tomorrow but I believe when you register with Keurig you get 2 free boxes when you buy 2, this comes to about $25 I believe. 60 free cuPs to start isn't a bad deal! Oh, it came with the "use your own coffee" pod as well! $203 for the package.

Those are great. So far the Donut Shop blend is my favorite. Just the right balance of strength and flavor.

I have friends that have those and it’s not bad. Convenience factor is very high.

After 5+ years my Technivorm Moccamaster is still solid as a rock. Perfect balance in my opnion between form/function.
