    Default Which Color Dupont X-Tend

Simple question, I'm getting an S.T. Dupont Maxijet (formerly named the X-tend) and just wonder what color you guys think looks best.

    Red:

    "Midnight" Blue
    http://www.atlanticcigar.com/Lighter...night-Blue.asp

    Black Gloss
    http://www.atlanticcigar.com/Lighter...lack-Gloss.asp

    Black Matte
    http://www.atlanticcigar.com/Lighter...atte-Black.asp

I'm personally leaning towards Black Matte, but having never seen them in person, figured I'd ask you guys.

(And please don't post a "Get a Ronson" response. I intend to get the Dupont, it's purely a question of color)

    Thanks!

Everything looks better with a matte finish, IMO.

Went and looked at them all and the matte black would be my first pick then the matte grey. I know it is not listed on you poll, but that is what I would go for.

yeah... if you throw matte grey into the mix, I'd say

    1. matte grey
    2. midnight blue
    3. matte black

This is obviously the only correct answer. Or four xikar -- in different colors.

I liked the midnight blue, so I went and ordered it from Atlantic. Point being, love the colour blue and since my buddies and I meet quite often at a restaurant that lets us relax on their terrace long after they are closed, with the lights out and only moonlight, blue would be easier to spot than black. Hell I forgot and left a wine cooler bag there one night because I didn't spot it (of cos was also pretty intoxicated after lots of drams of single malts and relaxed after quite a few cigars, as well) and wouldn't want to forget/leave my Dupont too.

    Black matte
A superb cigar shares an astonishing resemblance to an extraordinary woman; exquisitely constructed, yet once set ablaze imparts an essence that lingers on a man’s lips as well as his memory.
